Please allow up to 3-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Please note, any PANTS will require 1-2 weeks to be made to order prior to shipping. Your entire order will be sent together regardless of other items included. You will get a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information as soon as it’s available.

Please confirm your shipping address before checking out as we cannot guarantee any address changes after an order has been placed. This includes updates to items and sizes.

We ship to most international locations with a few exceptions (due to packages being frequently lost). International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. We are not responsible for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive the wrong item or size from what was ordered, please notify us in a timely manner.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for orders shipped to a different address than intended. All approved returns and exchanges must be within 10 days of initial delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original tags and packaging.

International Returns:

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as MoPQ is not responsible for items lost in transit.
